Having attended the interview at BookPeople myself, I can tell you that the article does a fantastic job of summing up all that Justin Cronin said regarding The Passage and writing. Along with all the praise that he received from attendees, the article also mentions other fascinating tidbits of information that Cronin told the audience, such as the unique and rather surprising way in which he came up with the story.
