Send Your Stories to American Short Fiction- Now!
American Short Fiction is a nationally distributed literary magazine based in Austin. They publish innovative new work from a diverse group of emerging and established writers, featuring stories in print and online. The American Short(er) Fiction Prize highlights great work in shorter fiction—stories of 1,000 words or less, to be exact. First prize receives $500 and publication; second prize receives $250 and publication.
